This was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff were needlessly rude, and we had to wait over 15 minutes for our order. Despite the high prices, basic courtesy like a simple "hello" or "thank you" was completely missing. A perfect example of how *not* to treat customers.

Cappuccino coffee tasted like drinking chocolate for some reason. We were served by a very unfriendly man the first day we called. He was unfriendly again the second time we called. There was nobody else on the premises and when I tried to get WiFi he could have easily just given me the password, but didn’t offer. Great view, clean toilets but don’t expect a welcome. I will be back pure and simply because there is nowhere else to go for a coffee. Maybe he is rude because there is nowhere else to go.

Une catastrophe, nous sommes allés avec un enfant pour prendre un désert, je n'ai pas fait d'école de cuisine mais un baton straciatella et une coupe aux noix ça me semble plutôt simple. Résultat, la glace straciatella était périmée depuis trois mois. Lorsque je suis allé la rendre, le serveur n'en avait rien à faire et m'a demandé quelle coupe j'avais pris déjà, je lui ai rappelé aux noix. 18 secondes plus tard, je recevais une coupe caramel et chocolat... des nuls qui s'en foutent. Hélas ils ont l'exclusivité là-haut.
