Hotels with Parking in Neuchatel

This hotel was nice however, when we got to our room we had a blood spot I had to take off (so gross). They also advertised a lake view which was not the case at all. We had a harbor view but not much of even that. There were very tall trees in front of the windows therefore we couldn’t see anything but trees. The beds were hard on our backs but the pillows were squishy and soft. I hope this helps someone who will want to stay here.

Staff friendly and helpful. Wheelchair room with walled in views. For a person who cannot walk, shower with a ledge and challeges person in wheelchair to transfter to shower chair. Beds comfortable, towels soft. Breakfast is the expected standard for a 5 star hotel, nothing extra-ordinary. View of the lake is memorable and makes one feel noble to have this view while having breakfast (or any meal). Mr. Tugay, front staff of 20 years, serviced us whenever he saw a need and was very attentive to how to help. We truly appreciated his sincere willingness. The unobstruced view from the retaurant and some of the lakefront rooms are superb. Unfortuanately, the hotel does not have lakefront rooms for reduced mobility clients.

Right next to Lake Nasatyr, the view of the lake is very good. In summer, you can take a boat trip on the lake. The view is very good. The hotel environment is also very good, clean and hygienic. The breakfast is also good, the coffee machine can switch the language, you can choose Chinese, this is basically rare

Very friendly staff at the reception, you also speak a little German, very helpful. Sufficient parking in the surroundings (blue marking). All important is available in 5 minutes walking distance. Rooms and bathrooms pleasantly large and renovated, bathroom modern with walkable shower. Very small drive chair only for 2 persons and baggage. Choose rooms to the indoor courtyard, it is quiet and so you can leave the window open at night. Breakfast for 15,- Franks is very modest, also with waiting times at the coffee machine. Eventl. leave.

The hotel is idyllic: impressive view of the lake and the Alps (the best of the city?), in the heights (not too much traffic), next to the station (without noise), with a parking at CHF 10 - per day, what more? We had a second floor room, spacious, with a balcony and the view that goes with, rather soundproofed, but also sparita, you must say ... Breakfast was quite right, staff too. So it's a very good place for 1 night in transit. After that, I don't know, test :-)

The room size is not big, there is a toilet, but the sound insulation is not good. Someone in the corridor can obviously hear the sound of a similar ventilation on the fifth floor. In the corridor, I personally feel that it is okay, but it depends on the individual. My friend lives next to the elevator and hears the sound of someone talking when the elevator opens. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is convenient. It is not far from the station. If you feel tired, you can take the bus. About two or three stops. There is food and business district next to it.

A business trip in Sept in the area of Neuchatel, and this hotel was the one booked for us. So here are the findings and my thoughts about this hotel. Location - just outside the city of Neuchatel, about 6 km from the city center, right next to the highway. A very generous parking lot in front and to the side of the hotel provides the spot to park your vehicle. Not very big in size - but with a very good number of rooms , so even if you a travelling with a larger group it can be a good option. Check-in and check-out went very smooth and easy, front desk staff had a professional approach, and the communication in English language went easily. The room that I've got was big, by all standards , and with a generous size bathroom - both the room and the bathroom were very clean. Breakfast is another item I would like to highlight - it was fairly basic, but with very good choices available and consisting of quality products - from my perspective even if you stay a week at this place you will still be able to pot together a very good combo for breakfast and not get bored of what is being served. Prices - well once again the prices are ”Swiss” so even if this could be considered a budget hotel, the prices are aligned with the pricing in Switzerland. Overall a very good, just outside of Neuchatel, but if you are not looking for anything fancy this may be just the right option for you.
