Le personnel etait antipathique lors de notre arrivée Places non réservées à notre arrivée alors que la réservation était faite 4 jours auparavant Le pass time n'a pas été accepté alors que l on avait signalé lors de la réservation Nous sommes repartis dégoutés

Hôtel propre mais un peu vieillot malgré un effort de rajeunissement ! Chambre un peu bruyante avec une légère circulation. Restaurant correct sans plus ! J ai signalé que je n arrivait pas à définir le parfum de la boule de glace.. Réponse du patron... pourtant je la paie cher ! Service limite aimable ! Expresso à 2,80 € !!!!

Hôtel familial et très sympathique sans aucune prétention. C 'est propre et on y mange bien. La literie est excellente ! Agréable séjour nous reviendrons dans cette très belle petite ville de neuf Brisach 😍 Je recommande donc cet établissement 😊

Hôtel sympathique, à taille humaine et bien situé dans le cœur de Neuf-Brisach, avec des places de parking disponibles à proximité. Les chambres sont confortables, la literie est de qualité. La salle de bains est petite mais suffisante.

Établissement agréable et confortable propriétaire très sympathique et le personnels est agréable les chambres sont bien équipées et confortables nous étions un groupe d'une cinquantaine de personnes les menus alsacien étaient au top

Ho passato una sola notte in questo hotel e dire che è pessimo è dire poco!!!! asciugamani sporchi, pavimento sporco e pieno di capelli, cimici dentro i letti e non solo, anche insetti vari dentro la camera. Mai più!!!
