Full of excitement about the region and a lovely long weekend, we are totally disappointed. The hotel should definitely think about which service provider it brings on board. The massage room was disgustingly dirty and the massage team was an absolute NO-GO! It had nothing to do with massage, it was a disgusting touching that cannot be tolerated at all. As I later found out, I was not the first to have to make this negative realization. It's a shame for the hotel and its staff.

Wir hatten 2 Wellnesstage in der Juniorsuite mit Balkon gebucht. Die Betten gingen gar nicht. Die Matratze war so weich, dass man nach dem aufstehen Rückenschmerzen hatte. Im Wellnessbereich funktionierte 1 von 4 Saunen an beiden Tagen nicht. Bei einer der funktionsfähigen Sauna ging das Licht nicht. Gebucht hatten wir zudem für meinen Mann und mich 2 Ganzkörpermassagen. Die angegebenen 60 min sind ca. Werte. Massiert wurde ca 50 min, wobei hier ein Unterschied gemacht wurde zwischen Mann und Frau. Nach einem „es reicht, nicht weiter“ war die Massage dann relativ schnell vorbei.Das Essen war ok aber bei weitem verbesserungswürdig. An der Rezeption wurden unsere „Vorwürfe“ als: „das liegt im Auge des Betrachters“abgewiesen. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren mit dem Frühstück und der Halbpension inkl. Getränken sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und die weihnachtliche Dekoration war sehr geschmackvoll.

Unqualifizierte Dame an der Rezeption! 27 Euro für Abendessen, wo nach 30 min viele Gerichte nicht mehr verfügbar waren. 10 Euro für einen Bademantel ist eine Frechheit! Die Zimmer waren sauber aber einfach! Wellnessbereich ok! Dieses Hotel werden wir weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe von Cottbus. Das Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück leider ungenießbar. Sonst war das Frühstück gut. Der Service an der Rezeption lässt leider etwas zu wünschen übrig, meint, er könnte besser organisiert und flotter sein. Hinweis ans Team insgesamt: es wäre schön, wenn Sie in den Mails denjenigen anschreiben würden, der auch gebucht hat und nicht den Mitreisenden.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Hotel bei Cottbus. Für Kinder optimal: ein Indoor-Pool und ein Spiele-Haus mit Tischtennis, Dart, Billard, Sprossenwänden, … Darüber hinaus gibt es noch drei Saunen und ein Dampfbad. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und funktional eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unglaublich unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption Hatten 2 Nächte mit Frühstück gebucht und uns auf ein a la carte -Restaurant gefreut (wie in der Hotel-Beschreibung angegeben), leider wird dort abends nur Halbpension in Form von warm gehaltenen Kantinenbuffet angeboten, für das uns jeweils 27 € berechnet werden sollten Als wir das bemängelte, wurde die Dame an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Wollten dann die 2. Nacht stornieren, dann ist die Dame völlig eskaliert und wollte uns den Schlüssel abnehmen, unglaublich!! Sind dann sofort wieder abgereist.
