This property is well situated for access to public transportation (the Metro stop Les Sablons is a 4-5 minutes walk away). It seems a bit "run down" in the public areas, but seems to have enjoyed a recent "face lift" in the two rooms I have stayed in. The single rooms are tiny but adequately appointed. The promised elevator (most needful when one is lodged on the fourth floor, as I was) was "out of order" for the entirety of my stay. The staff was cheerful and accommodating; e.g., they always came through when I asked for ice at the front desk (no ice machines available), and usually procured it from the restaurant next door (the highly recommended Coffee Parisien). On the whole, this is a utilitarian choice for the budget-minded tourist.

What can I say and where to start? So, to mention the positives, the staff is very kind and helpful. But the hotel is catastrophic. We booked a double room for one night. The room was old, dated, and I've never seen such a dirty hotel room in my life. Dirt everywhere, curtains that didn't fit, no soundproofing, a broken shower, hair and fingerprints all over the bathroom mirror, a fan full of dust... In short, someone allergic to dust mites wouldn't survive here! Avoid.

Pratique pour l’accès au palais des congrès. Le personnel est sympathique et dévoué mais le lieu est un peu vétuste. Beaucoup de moquettes et de tapis, qui dégagent de la poussière ( attention aux asthmatiques). Heureusement les chambres à l’étage ont un parquet. La suite au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée est à éviter.
