A place that has it all, if you want to relax, play, dance, show, food, heated pool, spa... Close to shopping and restaurants, location ten out of ten. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to give the necessary guidance to find what you need. Extraordinary food, size, flavor, preparation. If I wanted to be picky, it could be that they expanded the restaurant's menu a little more, that would be the only thing, but the quality of each dish makes you quickly forget it.

The rooms are large, very comfortable, and the bathroom is divine! I loved the room with access to the pool. The breakfast was divine, with the attention and kindness of Fernanda, a sweet treat! The concierges were very kind, especially Alejandro. The hotel surprises you with its size...very big...beautiful! What I didn't like very much was the cleanliness. On the first day everything was clean and fragrant. On the other days, it seems to me that the maid didn't feel like working. Ahh, tell the receptionists to be a little more friendly, they were all very serious, not even a smile...do they think they own the hotel??? But, it is a divine, comfortable hotel! I will return!

Nice hotel, large and very very spacious rooms, very!!! In the week I was there the air conditioning did not work. The attention was friendly. Very well equipped bathroom and minibar. Maybe some finishing details, but in general. It's good and comfortable. There is no power outlet near the bed, there is only one on one side.

The hotel is very nice, it is clean and the rooms are large. The attention of the reception staff is excellent. We had dinner at the Seasons restaurant and the truth is that the food was very bad for the price they charge. The hotel breakfast is very rich and varied but the service is terrible. They take more than half an hour to serve you. They should be organized differently.
