Bitte um ruhiges Zimmer, Ergebnis: Maissonette im DG des alten Gebäudes. LKW- Lärm, hohe Temperaturen, Lüften im SZ mit Dachluke, schmale Treppe ohne Podest, knarrende Dielen, Bad zu klein. Abendessen recht teuer, aber schmackhaft. Räume sehr sauber.

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Das Zimmer lag ruhig und die Betten waren gut, Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, vor allem die Sparerips. Das Frühstück toppte noch das Abendessen. Eine fantastische Auswahl liebevoll zubereitet - auch mit regionalen Produkten. Wir haben selten ein so reichhaltiges Angebot erlebt. Die Bedienung war sehr Aufmerksam ohne Aufdringlich zu sein.

Wir waren mit den Rädern hier und hatten eine der hier schon beschriebenen Dachkammern - ohne Aufzug. Was im Restaurant noch als "Flair" bezeichnet werden kann, geht in den Zimmern nur als "in die Jahre gekommen" durch. Natürlich war die Sauna geschlossen, weil kaputt. Das Haus war sicher mal gut....

Von der Strasse aus sieht das Hotel sehr simpel aus - gelangt man durch das Tor auf den Hof, eröffnet sich die wahre Größe der Anlage. Schön gemacht, auch wenn die Zimmer auf dem dritten Stock sehr clever fotografiert worden sind für den Webauftritt. Man sollte nicht über 1,90m groß sein & eine sehr gute Wendigkeit besitzen. Frühstücksbuffet seeeeehr groß & vielseitig für die paar Gäste vor Ostern.
