Wir waren zu einem Kurztrip im Bayerischen Wald und haben hierfür drei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung im Hotel Dreisonnenberg übernachtet. Die Buchung ging per Telefon und Bestätigung per E-Mail sehr unkompliziert. Wir sind mit Bahn / Bus angereist und wurden im Busbahnhof in Grafenau abgeholt. Beim Einchecken hat uns der Hotelier mit zahlreichen Informationen zum Hotel, zu Restaurants im Ort, zu den Busverbindungen und zum Nationalpark versorgt. Gäste dieses Hotels können die Igel-Busse kostenfrei nutzen und erhalten beim Baumwipfelpfad einen Rabatt. Unserem Zimmer merkt man vom Stil sein Alter an, aber es ist alles top in Ordnung. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Auf dem Gang befindet sich ein rund um die Uhr zugänglicher Getränkekühlschrank. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach, aber umfasst alles Notwendige. Auf Wünsche geht die Familie des Hotels immer gerne ein. Service wird hier gelebt.
