After a long drive of three and half hrs and a tour we arrived at this hotek after 4pm. Immediately we noticed as 75 south african indians travelling in two buses we were shown the outside apartments not the main hotel. No welcome drinks on arrival. Nothing. No bell boys no porters. We were shown far apartmentscof up to 3rd floor. No lifts all granite stairs and no slipway to pull up our luggage. Wechad to physically carry in our arms and ask fellow travellors to assist us as most of us were senior citizens. The room 322 i had the entire toilet was shaking like itvwould fall off anytime so tiny sink see pictures attached. Horrible toilet paper no.tissues no proper amenities. Terrible horrible rooms. The food buffet not labelled and both vegetarian and meat all mixed up. No cofee tea juices not even butter to put on a roll. Terrible mixed up buffet. There is no way this hotel is even 2 stars. Wifi terrible front desk manager needs to learn some manners on guest relations. Never use this hotel. There are beautiful hotel i wish i coukd leave the group and go away

A lovely stay at this beautiful hotel with excellent hospitality. Beautiful pool & delicious variety of meals ( all very healthy) Shop located inside hotel with amazing gifts & memorabilia to take home Ideally situated as it’s not far from Göreme where hot air balloons are launched & many rooftop restaurants to witness the magnificent views of the chimneys

We had a reservation for 2 nights and when we arrive to the hotel everything was fine , the rooms were next to each other as a family trip . The restaurant servers are awful , they don’t clean the tables unless you requested even they see the table full of dirty plates . No one greet the guest ,not a single word which is awful in the hospitality industry , also we had issues with the AC the first night but didn’t complain thinking that was just an insignificant issue but 2nd night we had the same problem and we called the front desk and their answer was there’s not technician and we have to wait for next day . While we were doing Check out we mentioned the AC issue and they said that they didn’t receive any call regarding this matter telling me a LIAR which is very disrespectful answer. I will suggest more training regarding hospitality and Guest relations because the building doesn’t look bad and is clean but the service is AWFUL ,terrible . Also there is a lack of language that is even worst .

This hotel needs a revamp, furnishings especially bathroom and bedding are dated ... breakfast and dinner varieties are minimal but the food is good and tasty. It is also far from other tourist places, so you have to book a taxi if you wish to enjoy the nightlife of Goreme. Reception staff speak some English, but most waiters don't. Definitely not a 4-Star hotel

Comfortable and affordable price...the room is big enough and complete necessities for the bathroom.. Convenient coz there also a spacious souvenir shop inside. The staff are kind and attended or you can reach out anytime..

Appears to be an older renovated hotel. Wall paper was not properly applied and some floor tile grout was missing. The room was kept clean and the beds were comfortable. Reception and dining staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals were buffet style and were tasty even if not always hot enough. Wifi signal was very poor and the connection often went down. About a 20 minute minute walk from the town centre. Nice shops and supermarkets are within about 400 metres.

Thanks to ventas29@travelviajesgroup.com.mx we were booked for this horrendous hotel which claims to be a 4 star hotel when it barely reaches 1/2 a star, there is no hospitality at this hotel, the rooms are old and the furniture horrible, there is nasty smells everywhere the cultural chain smoking and lack of hygiene is present, no one should have to go through this, please don’t come to this hotel, Capadocia is an enchanting place and nightmare is this hotel!

Our flight was canceled and we were accommodated here for one night. Unfortunately, the next day we did not have a valid flight. Many Thanks to the front desk manager for his valuable help given to my group to get new tickets from Turkish Airlines.
