Modern 4 Bedroom Home in Wilmington

Comfortable Updated Home The home is an older but updated home. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and a hot water kettle and toaster. The fridge does not have a water dispenser but a Britta water filter is in the fridge and was fine for our needs. The kitchen also had quite a few cooking spices. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There is plenty of off street parking. Checkin was very convenient and host responsive. The location was convenient for our needs but traffic noise started early which is why I marked it down a star for that.

House is nice. Location not so great Honestly the house is great. The updates were nicely done. Nice and spacious, It’s the location that’s super sketchy. There was a shooting just outside while we were there. The outside noise is loud at all hours day and night. With lots of street walking traffic as well as being on a main road. With a rehab clinic just outside the front door. The fans and the one tv does not drown out the outside noise. While I will say no one bothered us or our vehicles while we were there I never felt safe going outside other than to get in my car. There’s no dressers or TVs in the bedrooms. Which for us staying extended stay meant living out of our suitcases. For what we paid I feel like it was way over priced due to location and cleanliness. The beds we’re comfortable and communication with the owner was prompt.
