We had booked a two-bedroom, but upon arrival, we were told that their system showed a booking for a one-bedroom, despite the fact that I had the confirmation and payment receipt for a two-bedroom through *******. Eventually, as compensation, they provided us with two single rooms and mentioned that the heater in one of the rooms was not working, offering us a small fan heater instead. To our surprise, the heaters in both rooms were not functioning. After spending an hour or two trying to fix the issue, they brought small electric heaters for both rooms, which were insufficient. We ended up spending the night in discomfort and cold. The next day, they did offer us a 15% discount due to the inconvenience. Naturally, with such issues, I can’t give a high rating. However, had these problems not occurred, I would have given them a high score because the hotel’s ambiance, tranquility, cleanliness of the rooms, and quality of the food were all very good like 9 out of 10.
