Hotel Cardinal Oxmo Delhi Airport

The room was reasonably clean and compact. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was of good quality.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in ,it’s a that kind of hotel not for family ,the staff is very rude and the people at reception are the worst

This is third class hotel. Dirty rooms, No cleanliness no service. I personally visited the hotel to book two rooms for my relatives who are coming from out of Delhi where the staff has shown us a selected room and assuring that will provide good service with breakfast. It was very bad experience for my relatives in this hotel during stay and annoyed with me also. The motive of this hotel is only to making money.

Not a good experience at this hotel. We were there on 10 and 16 Jan 2025. During our first visit, there was a lot of noise from ground floor so we requested for higher floor on the 16th. During this 2nd visit, we checked in and found no coffee and tea packs in our room. When we requested, they said it was chargeable and after sorting this out, we finally got our packs. Next morning, there was no hot water for our shower. And when we went for breakfast at 9am, most of the food was gone and not replenished.

During our recent family trip to New Delhi, we had the pleasure of staying at Cardinal Oxmo Express. Initially, we booked a different hotel online but were disappointed upon arrival. After checking about seven other hotels, we finally found Cardinal Oxmo Express, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We initially booked a two-day stay with plans to move to a leading 5-star hotel in the area. However, the exceptional service and comfort at Cardinal Oxmo made us change our minds, and we decided to stay there for the entirety of our visit to India. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, from the security personnel to the senior management. We truly felt at home. The food was delicious, and the linen was very clean and changed daily. The staff were always helpful and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Ally, David, and George for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel special. Additionally, the staff voluntarily brought our luggage to the airport on our return, as we had accidentally left it behind at the hotel. We are grateful for the wonderful experience and will definitely return. We highly recommend Cardinal Oxmo Express to anyone traveling with family. Melody & Janith (Sri Lanka)
