Hotel Bright

Good hotel, not pretentious. Very good location. Simple breakfast. Ugly entrance to the hotel (outside it), but inside it is ok.

Hotel management was very cordial and rooms were near and clean. Breakfast was good. As it is in CP, there is no connectivity issue.

As a first-time visitor to Delhi, I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Brite. The hotel was well-furnished, and the room was very tidy. In my life, I have never experienced such kind-hearted service from the hotel staff. They took exceptional care of me, especially since I was accompanied by an elderly person. The morning tiffin they provided was simple yet tasty. In short, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. I also had the chance to meet Mr. Anil, a devoted and sincere person like no one I've ever met before. He took special care of me and showed me incredible kindness. Overall, I feel truly blessed to have met such a person.

It was an amazing journey for me on my short trip going to new delhi!! I will start from The hotel i stayed which i feel secured and comfortable, they provide me a transport service on my tour with Mr Anil Sai Ram,he help me how to enjoy and arrange my trip, a friendly brother for me... from airport pick up with their staff named Mr. Op who is very considerate with me during the travel and Mr. Wesam who guide me to see the taj mahal palace... I learn the culture and i really appreciate how they preserve it through this generations!!! Best team , highly recommended!!!!☺️☺️☺️

Late check out are not acceptable hotel side staff are very rude & attitude behaviour. Checking waiting time 2. 30hrs

I recently stayed at Hotel Bright for a night after returning from my international trip, and I must say, the location is unbeatable! Situated in the heart of Connaught Place, it offers easy access to the vibrant atmosphere of Delhi, with its bustling markets, cafes, and cultural sites just a short walk away. While the hotel is located atop a commercial complex with about 20-30 stairs to climb, making it less accessible for those who struggle with stairs, the hotel staff goes out of their way to assist with luggage, ensuring everything is taken care of before you even enter your room. Although the entrance is modest and gives off the feel of a typical guesthouse, the rooms are comfortable and fully equipped. There was a little dust, and the towels were slightly worn, but the stay was enjoyable overall. The standout feature here is undoubtedly the staff. They made my stay memorable with their friendliness and attentiveness. The complimentary in-room breakfast service was a real highlight, allowing me to start my day comfortably. Additionally, the reception team was incredibly helpful, arranging a airport transfer, a local SIM card, and currency exchange at competitive rates, making my stay hassle-free. In summary, if you're looking for a central location with great service and don’t mind a few stairs, Hotel Bright is an excellent choice.
