Very very worst experience. Hotel was third class. And the reception persons are rude behaviour and worst. Room was very bad condition, no cleaning in 2 days. No towel, no water bottle, no soap provided. Its only 500- hotel. we dont have an issue. Pathetic and worst hotel.

For complementary breakfast only two or three choices were available. Some leak was there in faucet. All other things were okay.

Food quality was poor, jet was not working when complaint staff behaviour was rude. Food was not cooked properly and parathas were cooled in bad oil

Good ambience, spacius rooms, good food, cordial staff. No restaurant, limited option for inroom service. Limited staff, only one person available to serve complimentary breakfast for entire hotel. Housekeeping not upto the standard, every time staff forgets to refill some of the complimentary items offered to guest. Every day need to remind and to place multiple request to replenish the complimentary items(such as drinking water, tea pouch, liquid soap, tissue papper glass, cup etc)
sometimes they forget to provide the items like spoon, bowl etc to take food in room. Need to ask and wait long till they provide the items. Billing tooks longer than usual time. Cost of room is almost 33% higher than the rooms with similar ammenities in nearby hotels. need to cross around 700mtrs of bumpy aproach road to reach hotel.

You people must mention zero rating for some cases. No hot water, no goid meals, and even the staff having high attitude to no serve people. Will not opt this in future
