Hotel S B Inn Paharganj

Staffs are friendly and helpful. It's close to new delhi train station. But it is located in a very narrow dirty alley. Wifi doesn't work. Room is ok.

I stayed in a dormitory room, which was very spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The large lockers were also great.

I think most of the reviews for this hotel are fake because the pictures of the room on the Internet have nothing to do with reality. The room is tiny, you can barely walk around the bed and there is no hanger, table to put things on, literally everything has to be on the floor. The room smells terribly of dampness and mold, so bad that we had a headache for the few days we were here. So as soon as you enter the room, the stench hits you in the head and makes you sick. When you turn on the air conditioner, it stinks even more because the air conditioner has obviously never been cleaned. Of course, the room has no windows. The bathroom also smells like mold and has no windows. We didn't have hot water for the 3 days we were here, we showered with cold water. In the bathroom, you can't flush the toilet, so we had to flush it with buckets of water. The staff are absolutely unhelpful. All the furniture is damaged and worn out, everything is dirty as if it had not been cleaned. The bedding was damaged and full of long black hairs. The bed is really hard and uncomfortable. The location is horrible, in a narrow street that is literally a public toilet and smells terribly. The road to the hotel is so narrow that not even a tuk tuk can reach it.
