Welcome to the Lalit Hotel in New Delhi, where the hospitality is as warm as a freshly made naan and the staff is filled with the most stunning girls in India! Seriously, the moment I walked in, I thought I’d accidentally stumbled onto a Miss India pageant rehearsal. I was half-expecting a judge to pop up and ask me to rate their smiles! Now let’s address the food. Oh, bhai! The food here should come with a warning label: “Caution: May cause uncontrollable drooling!” One bite, and I was hooked. I think I ate enough biryani to feed an entire wedding party! I mean, I was so full, I considered rolling out of the dining room like a giant samosa. Bring your elastic-waist pants because you’ll need them, trust me! And those beds! I lay down and entered a sleep coma that lasted a whole month. When I finally woke up, I felt like a bear who had just come out of hibernation—hairy, grumpy, and wondering where all the food went! I was so well-rested that I thought I could run a marathon or at least walk to the fridge without feeling tired! So, if you’re looking for a place where beauty meets deliciousness and where beds are softer than a paratha fresh off the tawa, the Lalit Hotel is the place to be! This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport. We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier. Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries,kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good. Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

Great hotel but unfortunately I got one Issue with this hotel,, connection room was not provided for my booking and no help was for my another request which was twin bed…

*Review for Holiday Inn Gurgaon Aerocity* My wife and I, both senior citizens, had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Gurgaon for one night recently, and I must say, our experience was overall quite positive. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The check-in process was swift, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The lobby area was clean, modern, and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was especially soft, and we appreciated the cozy linens and pillows. As senior citizens, comfort is a high priority for us, and this room did not disappoint. The bathroom was equally well-maintained, with fresh towels, toiletries, and an easily accessible shower, which was very important for us. One of the highlights of our stay was the in-room dining experience. We ordered dinner, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious. The menu had a variety of options that catered to both our tastes. I must also mention the courteous and professional staff who made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The hotel’s location was ideal for us as it was in proximity to the commercial areas of Gurgaon, making it convenient to get around. We didn’t use many of the hotel’s amenities due to our short stay, but we noticed the gym and the restaurant facilities, both of which seemed to be well-kept. The only minor downside we experienced was with the air conditioning, which took a little time to adjust to our preferred temperature. However, this did not majorly affect our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant one-night stay at Holiday Inn Gurgaon, and we would recommend it to other senior citizens looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel in the area. The staff, comfort, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience. We would gladly return on our next visit to Gurgaon.

Had a great stay at Pullman New Delhi! The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A perfect blend of modern amenities and comfort. Highly recommend for business or leisure or travel to airport. They have great breakfast options compared to many others in Aerocity. Bar area could be better.

Service was stellar. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. Our checkin staff recommended we visit Dilli Haat as we only had 1 day in Delhi and it was a perfect recommendation. They also provided us with a very generous take away breakfast for our early morning departure. Everything in the room was immaculate.

Friendly, professional staff; Clean, comfortable room; Delicious array of international cuisine on breakfast buffet. Only negative for us was distance from airport - felt just a bit far to be a convenient stopover sleep between flights.

The hotel has a prime location but it needs a lot of improvement. From the check-in service, there is a shortage of staff. The rooms are a bit old and smelly The toilets are not in good condition. The water quality they provide is some normal filter water in the rooms. No bottled water is provided. The room sleepers are so small they can fit small children only. Even after requesting the sleeper at least normal size. When the person called the incharge him that ask the guest we have only this and if you needed it or not. This kind of language was not acceptable. This is not 5-star hotel. It is a scam either from Trip.com or the hotel to provide false information
