Pet friendly Hotels New Delhi

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

The check-in counter staff is unprofessional. First, they will tell you we can't find your reservation, and will take around 1 hour for them to find the reservation. Even after check-in, I had pre-paid the room and they said it was prepaid. While at checkout they informed me that your room was paid by 2 nights instead of 3 nights. While informing them that the check-in time it was already clear that this reservation is for 3 nights. They informed the check-in time they didn't know. Totally ridiculous and finally took my credit card authentication. Please be careful they are scamming. If you check in please ask them that time to give you the bill otherwise they will mess up at the time of checkout. I was so hurried and I had a flight they took advantage of this and forced me to give preauthorization of card. Not recommended at all.

Amazing hotel in the middle of Aerocity. The breakfast menu was excellent and tasty. The staff were polite and super helpful. We had dinner at Food Exchange and that was lovely too. Didnt get tine to use the pool, may be next time :)

A really easy option for an over night stay in Delhi, close to the airport. Quick check in, comfortable beds. Rooms are a little tired but still adequate for the stay. Breakfast buffet is excellent. A good range of options. The fresh dosa are a must try!!!

The hotel service is really outstanding. I was panicking. Thanks to the manager's help, I was able to board the airplan ontime. I am more grateful than any other hotel I have ever experienced. The overall feeling is average. I originally booked the park hotel in the city center, but recently the Indian home is not peaceful, so I chose the five-star hotel closest to my friend's house, which is about 15 minutes' drive from the airport. The hotel equipment is relatively outdated, the service is not very strong, toothbrushes are not standard, and you can ask the front desk if you need it. The picture is the large lawn of the hotel. There was a wedding of a wealthy family that night, which was still very shocking.

As i came near the hotel, the guard came to pick me up. As i reached the reception, i was welcomed very nicely and given water etc. Then after that i entered and was given a very nice room. The staff there also served me very well and fed me food etc. I felt very good. Bedsheets etc. Were being changed daily.

Very nice ambience. Reception people are very polite. Their morning breakfast is very healthy. Near by from metro and railway station. Visited 2ce to this property.
