I've been a long term guest here at The Regency and I have been treated respectfully and always accommodated! The rooms are clean and very comfortable and has everything i need and more!My number one choice in hotels in the area! Couldn't ask for better!

This has been my temporary home since March. Couldn't ask for a more affordable stay! The only disadvantage is that the pool is not heated so my children have been very bummed that they haven't been able to swim. Management is very kind and go above and beyond for my family throughout our stay! Thank you to Sam and his wife for making us feel at home ❤

Such great place. Sumanth sweeney front desk are very nice💗 help us to book the reservation hot breakfast clean rooms I really enjoy my stay.I feel so affordable rate which includes breakfast and pool😊.lovely stay😊. Love to visit again

It is best place I have stayed at New London. Ash has been great at front desk. He solved all my queries. Best management. Pool is great , Restaurant and Food has been superb , overall the best stay I have had . Will always come back, this place is a hidden gem

I stayed here for over a month in between apartments. I have to say it was very comfortable clean and the staff was great. My room came with a dishwasher refrigerator and stove with oven . I had a very comfortable king size bed with a nice chair to sit in. The room was also equipped with a desk and chair. They have a buffet breakfast every day with lots of things to choose from . They also have an indoor pool and exercise room. Also 2 restaurant's an a bar. If you want a comfortable stay at a reasonable price check out this place. Very close to foxwoods Mohegan Sun.

The property is run down, not clean and in desperate need of care. The hall wreaked of **** every day, and at night it was unbearable. Random people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Windows dirty, walls marked up, dents in kitchenette appliances, food in hallways, and hotel had no record of reservations made and paid for on line. Reservations were directed through VRBO for some reason and even after showing desk staff receipts and confirmation took an hour to finally be assigned a room. The manager was very kind and apologetic but the hotel was a terrible disappointment to the point we checked out a day early and willingly forfeited our $ to move to a decent accommodation.

Unless there are some drastic improvements, do not stay for any reason. The common areas, rooms and exterior are falling apart. Choice hotels need to re-evaluate having this hotel as part of their collection. Wish I read other reviews to see photos and examples.

Very quiet and affordable. The bed was comfortable and the TV had adequate stations. The heat worked very well. The staff was very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again, this hotel has seen its good and bad periods over the years, upward swing time for sure!
