The Riverhouse comes complete with a small, private gym with a Peloton and a refreshing saltwater, heated pool in the backyard perfect for those balmy, summer days. The home is the main, larger unit of a duplex custom built in 2020. It's a 10 minute, picturesque walk along the river to the ferry which brings you to the French Quarter. Located in Algiers Pt, Nola's 2nd oldest neighborhood, you'll love the peace and quiet after a busy day of sight seeing.
