The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, but overall, our stay at the hotel was just average.

Room were clean and spacious, bathrooms had no locks, can not control the air conditioner temperature. Since the hotel is in downtown, you have to pay an extra 55 dollars for parking. Breakfast was average with no microwave. Overall an average stay.

Wifi ****** on 2nd floor, and manager said it worked great on his office( really happy for him). Over all, everyone was less than helpful.

The location is very close to city center. The room is very quiet. However, the breakfast is too simple.

On arrival we were told that the suite we booked and PREPAID for was not available as the facility was undergoing construction and had been sold out by a 3rd party (which I assume is Trip.com). We were then instructed that we could receive a full refund and have to go elsewhere to find accommodations or could be moved to another room. The room was not a suite but did have a king bed so we accepted. There was no security lock on the door as it was broken off and the carpet was stained and dirty. There was hardly any water pressure in the sink. Will not stay here again.
