Beautiful grounds, very clean and the beds were comfy. A lot of areas throughout the property to relax and the views were amazing. This is the second time I've stayed there and will definitely stay again. We stayed with family and friends to go see my son's band #Whiskeystrings play at Paynes Dock for the weekend.

This was our third time staying at the Rose Farm Inn. The quiet location and beautiful surroundings can't be beat. We stayed in room 11 for three nights in Captain Rose House and everything was perfect about the room. We are anxious to see going forward if the place is going to change as it is now managed by the Atlantic Inn. It appears they have changed the role of their manager Diana, into a more diminished role, which in my opinion is a major negative. As it was, we had to go to the Atlantic Inn for coffee in the morning, and they did not open until 8am. The breakfast at Atlantic Inn was dismal, so we walked into town each morning for something more substantial. Ice water was also only available at the Atlantic Inn. Fingers crossed that this place does not go downhill as the last two times we stayed, we gave five stars.

The room was excellent as were the staff. The property was immaculate with beautiful views. And the restaurant at the Atlantic is one of the best on the island. Can.t wait to rebook for next year

Room was comfortable, but bathroom was very tiny. No coffee in room. First morning had to walk short distance to The Atlantic because service wasn't replenished at Rose Farm breakfast area. Complimentary breakfast could have offered more choices based on cost of rooms.

Very peaceful spot high up at Block. Room was comfortable with a nice overview of the island. I would stay again at this spot.

Very comfortable and quiet , well kept grounds and helpful staff , pillows were perfect , usually hotel Pillows are like pancakes , but these are supportive and beds were comfortable air conditioning works well , coffee and muffins etc available at Atlantic inn next door in the morning

absolutely love this charming inn..it was our 3rd or 4th stay. It is impeccably clean, firm bed and lots of hot water for showers. Many tiny extras made a big impact like the heart shaped container for toiletries or fresh flowers on the breakfast tables Breakfast could be as healthy as you wanted to make it. The main house lady, Andrea was as sweet and accommodating. We will be back.

We’ve been coming to the ROSE FARM INN for decades now, and there’s a reason why! Over the years Judith and Diana have always been welcoming and accommodating to our needs and requests. The Inn is located in the most magical, setting with Meadows surrounding your own private deck and views of the ocean. The rooms are cozy and large, and the Inn itself is a quick walk into town If somdesired. We especially appreciated a couple days ago when we left the Island that we were allowed to stay and use our room till our Ferry came because of the inclement weather and the fact that it was the end of the season and we couldn’t get out to the last ferry. It’s that kind of thoughtful care that they give their guests that always impresses. ❤️
