I wish I could give more than five stars From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality that it truly felt like home. The owners and staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, ensuring every detail was perfect. As a wedding venue, it was nothing short of magical. The setting was breathtaking, with beautiful surroundings that made for the most stunning wedding. We couldn’t ask for more. Beyond the wedding, the accommodations were cozy and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal felt like it was made with love. It’s rare to find a place that combines elegance, hospitality, and warmth so effortlessly. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway or the most incredible wedding venue, look no further. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories.

My wife and I stayed for a few days at Victoria 1883. The accommodations were amazing!! The inn was beautiful, everyone from the host, to the chef preparing breakfast was awesome!! When we visit our extended family again in New Smyrna Beach we will be staying at the Victoria 1883! Steve & Helen

Our third stay at Victoria 1883 and it never disappoints. Friendly owner and staff. Impeccable room with delightful linens and everything you need for your visit on hand. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful. Easy private parking with access and good location from which to explore. Thank you Fabiola for another memorable stay.

Victoria was truly the wedding venue of our dreams! We were thrilled to have both our ceremony and reception there, and everything was absolutely perfect. The stunning setting, exceptional ambiance, and attention to detail made our wedding unforgettable—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staying at the venue was equally incredible. It created the perfect weekend celebration vibe we had envisioned, allowing us to spend quality time with our wedding party in a cozy and intimate setting. The rooms were beautiful, unique, and full of charm, making everyone feel right at home. We received so many compliments from both our overnight guests and wedding attendees about how gorgeous and special the venue was. Victoria is truly one of a kind, and we are so grateful to have celebrated our wedding at such a magical place!

We hosted our wedding at Victoria 1883, and I don't think I will ever get over this perfect weekend! From start to finish, Fabiola and her team accommodated our every request, and were so kind and professional. Friends and family could not stop gushing over how stunning the venue is, and we truly had the most beautiful celebration of our lives! I was initially concerned about the venue being next to a busy road, but this was not noticeable at all during the ceremony. The accommodations were exceptional, and all of my bridesmaids adored their uniquely personal rooms. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, the bathrooms were gorgeous, and the makeup room to get ready in was perfect. We had a mimosa bar and snacks the morning of our wedding which was so beautiful (the ice cubes had little flowers in them... this is the attention to detail Victoria provides!!). 10/10 experience in every way! Adore this place.

Beautiful B and B. Immaculate, comfortable, great setting and grounds. Wonderful staff and amenities. Walking distance to the town. The chef Dione was splendid and a charming individual. The owner and staff were so friendly. The breakfast was unique and delicious. We'll be back!

Great stay at the Victoria 1883. Hosts are all fabulous and very welcoming. The grounds are beautiful. Rooms are very elegant, contemporary and tasteful. Great location. Just close enough to Flager Street but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown. We have stayed at the other B&B on Flager and The Victoria is 100 times better in every way possible. Breakfast did not disappoint. Everything you expect in a 5- Star B&B. Highly recommend for anyone entertaining a stay in NSB.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Stunning grounds, the aim itself is done to perfection without being over done. The host, the staff…the location…but let’s talk about breakfast…there’s avocado toast and then there is Heather’s avocado toast…which is gourmet creation that surprised and delighted us! Toast topped with avocado, Hickory bacon, lightly sautéed tomatoes, arugula, feta crumble and balsamic glaze. We shall definitely return and encourage you to come here! (And the pillows, bedding and mattress…top notch!)
