Hotels with Parking in New Taipei City

Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. They do offer underground parking and you will get a token that needs to be check at the lobby counter every time before you head out. We enjoyed the swim pool and it provides nice view of the city.

As expected of Sheraton, the service and equipments are up to expectations. Elegant room design, friendly staff, who are willing to answer any questions with a smile. Sauna is small, but clean and tidy. One downside is the buffet breakfast provided is upsetting. Food is not hot enough, with very limited choices.

I specially brought my children to play, but the game room is very simple and requires a fee. The opening hours of the parent-child fitness center are very short and the space is not big. The hotel hardware is good although it is older, but it is still clean. There are really few service staff. All services are required. It’s really hard to wait and wait for breakfast. Many things are not replenished. The cafe on the first floor is also very hard to eat. It’s hard to believe that the food in this hotel is of this level. I was full of expectations for this hotel. Now I can only say that I probably won’t visit again.

The attitude of the hotel service staff was very good. They were very patient when faced with the shortage of underground parking spaces. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity. The parking location is not far away and I paid the parking fee on my behalf, which was very considerate.

The transportation is very convenient. It is directly above the Dingxi MRT Station. It is very convenient to the attractions in Taipei. Especially if you have to take 2 stops to the East Gate, you can visit the Yongkang Street business district. The girlfriend directly calls ”It is tailor-made for her.” The hotel's accommodation environment is very comfortable, We stayed in a big bed room, it felt very warm, the shower in the bathroom was also very spacious, there was no sense of oppression in the general budget hotel. Free coffee is served in the ballroom. It is the kind that is full and can be drunk at any time. This is for me who is a heavy coffee lover. It is definitely a big gospel. There are many stores in the nearby business district, and the living function is very convenient. We highly recommend everyone to live!

Old but classic, clean, spacious (for the price I paid). people are nice. Transportation is very convenient if you know how to use google map to find bus and metro. I went there for family visiting or I probably won’t choose this area to stay. However, the price is cheap and the quality is good.

Amazing trip at white beach resort…we really enjoy the food the amenities,cleanliness, service… we really enjoy the beach view… morning sunrise😍😍😍😍

The lady at the check-in counter at about 1700 that afternoon asked me kindly. I could upgrade to a double bed + large bathtub for an additional 100 yuan (originally booking online with Trip for 938 yuan). The total was 1038 yuan including 2 breakfasts. The price was affordable and acceptable. Suggest improvements to key issues 1. The black sofa is suspected to have stray hairs and dust 2. There are no sockets on the left and right sides of the bed, and the nearest one is longer than the average charging cable. 3. The air conditioner was running so loudly that I couldn’t sleep all night💣 4. It is recommended to provide disposable environmentally friendly slippers (reusable rubber slippers are provided on site)
