9.5/10
Outstanding
GGuest UserThe ground floor lobby offers a coffee shop-like ambiance, understated yet inviting, a refreshing departure from typical hotel decor. The rooms are also designed for a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast spread is plentiful, varied, and delicious, making you genuinely look forward to waking up early. The thoughtful laundry facilities are a fantastic amenity, saving guests from a mountain of dirty clothes upon returning home. Additionally, there's a fitness area to help you maintain your workout routine. Most importantly, every single staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, is incredibly friendly and dedicated, ensuring every guest can rest and sleep soundly.
GGuest UserThe hotel is great, very clean, the staff are very nice. I stayed at the suite which was a very big room and had a great view.
The lounge was ok but I prefer less unhealthy snacks and more fruits/ healthy stuff in it.
The pool was not heated and it was a bit cold.
Also the last night my room had noises all night long. Like metal to metal noises which cause me not to sleep all night long.
The staff were nice but didn’t really compensate for this horrible night I had no sleep at all besides promising to a late check out or upgrade next time I book. Which is more of a promotion than a real compensation. Too bad that left a bit a bitter taste to a nice stay so far. I’m in Taipei once or twice a year and I wish they were more attentive to my complaint and lack of sleep.
JJoseph LedinhTwo Tails Luzhou is one of the better hotels in Taipei, standing out in both comfort and service. The location is excellent—directly above an MRT station—making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The true highlight, however, is the staff. Their professionalism and warmth easily match the standards of an international 4-star property. Unlike many hotels in Taiwan, where ratings often feel inflated or inconsistent, this hotel delivers an experience that genuinely earns its rank.
Taiwan’s hospitality market has long been weighed down by a disappointing reality: too many hotels operate with dated facilities, minimal upkeep, and inflated prices that fail to justify the value—especially when compared to the far more competitive markets in pan-Asia. Guests often encounter properties that feel tired, overpriced, and out of touch with international expectations. Not so with Two Tails. Recently rebranded and remodeled, it breaks away from the stagnation, offering a modern, well-maintained environment that finally matches the promise of Taiwan’s tourism potential.
Rooms are well-kept, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable for both short and longer stays. While amenities are not over-the-top luxury, they are practical, clean, and perfectly sufficient.
Overall, this hotel represents great value: accessible location, exceptional hospitality, and an experience that feels authentic rather than over-marketed. Highly recommended for travelers who want reliable quality in Taipei.
CCHIHLINGIt’s a hotel in the heart of Banqiao station. Walking distance to banqiao station within 10 mins. Room is ok and considered new but not much service. Due to government policy, this hotel doesn’t provide any amenities including slipper. So please bring along your own otherwise it would be $100 NTD if you ask a slipper from the hotel.
BBela7749This was my second stay at this hotel, and I chose it again because of its excellent amenities and thoughtful design. The room is beautifully decorated in calming green tones, and the layout is ideal for two or three guests. I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry toilet areas, as well as the divided bathroom and shower-very
convenient for sharing. Guests can also enjoy complimentary movies, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I had a great night's sleep and would gladly return.
LLauren Y.Location of our villa is just at the beach. Openn the door and we are at the beach! Only has private hot spring tub in the villa. Comes with games room, arcade, public hot spring pool, table tennis etc. Only dissatisfaction is the smoke smell left in the room from previous occupants.
Wish they priorise Toiletries or at least hand soap.
EES03Very strategic location just beside MRT DingXi station, with nearby 10 minutes walking distance to a large night market, namely LeHua Night Market. There's also 7-11, Family Mart, and McDonald just beside the hostel.
The room is clean, and each bed/person has its own locker in the room.
The toilet is clean, and they have separated the wet and dry area for the convenience of changing clothes in the dry area.
There's also shampoo, liquid bath, and hairdryer provided, while towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers can be purchased separately.
The breakfast is included as well for each morning with 5 options available to choose from.
They do provide luggage storage services after check out, so you won't need to drag your luggage around.
Overall, it is a great experience, and would come back again next time.
RRanie Seahlocation of the hotel was great! walking distance to MRT station. they've disconnected all the jacuzzis but the steam room is still operational and the jacuzzi tub can still be used as an extra large bath tub, which is more than enough space for a young child + grown adult. best hack is to buy bath bombs from the 7-11 just opposite the hotel to use in the bath tub. room is super clean and well maintained. the laundry room is free for use. there's good supper options available: Ba Fang Yun Ji Dumpling(highly recommend the dumplings), and 好食雞雞肉飯(chicken rice is cheap and good)
AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Sanchong subway station and very close to the Airport MRT, which made everything super convenient. There’s also a beautiful big park nearby, perfect for morning walks or just relaxing in nature.
The room was impressively spacious and felt very comfortable, like a home away from home. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!
MM301443****This room was incredibly noisy, practically like sleeping on the street. The windows had absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever. Not only that, but they were also drafty, so I'd frequently be woken up at night by passing cars. If you can't stand noise, then it's worth spending more for a better hotel. I stayed here because I was on a budget, and this was pretty much the cheapest single room I could find in Taipei. The cleanliness and facilities were satisfactory, though; the place was kept very clean. Even if the facilities were old, it was still livable for me.
