I was there for my business trip. I like hotel staff, everyone is so nice to me. Never better. Close by Mitsui Outlet Park Linkou & A9 MRT, easy to shopping and walk around. There're many restaurants around the hotel, and really good taste. I'll come back visit again. Room is clean and comfort. Breakfast is ok. Had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The facilities are very good. The hot spring has 4 areas. The swimming pool is very good, big and beautiful. It's a pity that I can't miss the room. The space is very ordinary. I originally booked a private hot spring near the window. As a result, I was given the location of the room at the entrance to the elevator on the top floor. Plus you can’t even see the Tamsui River. I've booked for 3 nights in a row and they didn't give me a good seat. Very unhappy😔 The place is already remote in Bali, New Taipei Next time I will have to choose a hotel in the city center

Have been to Taipei many times and previously been staying near Taipei main station. It was my first stay around Banqiao and first at this hotel. While definitely not as convenient a location relative to the main station, it was still quite a short MRT ride to popular tourist spots like ximending. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was also nice and not crowded. All in all an excellent hotel that i would recommend and likely book when i visit Taipei again.

First time booking this hotel. Met with some issues during check in. The staff ask for extra cash to top up for one of our kid who’s 9 years old. Told him that Trip.com indicated no extra payment needed. Ended up he made a mistake by assuming that we’d book for the 2 single bed room instead of triple bed. Such a blunder he made. Other than that, the room and facilities were great. Hotel Cham Cham is really Cham (Hokkien) ah!

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.

I specially brought my children to play, but the game room is very simple and requires a fee. The opening hours of the parent-child fitness center are very short and the space is not big. The hotel hardware is good although it is older, but it is still clean. There are really few service staff. All services are required. It’s really hard to wait and wait for breakfast. Many things are not replenished. The cafe on the first floor is also very hard to eat. It’s hard to believe that the food in this hotel is of this level. I was full of expectations for this hotel. Now I can only say that I probably won’t visit again.

Location is not far from Metro and Taipei... Must take taxi to get Metro and then ~25 mins to get downtown 101 area. Hotel WiFi works well at ~ 27-28 Mbps steady and Ethernet port works. Building seems to have a lot of concrete and was hard to find room and areas in room, bwhere I could also use a SIM card hotspot signal that was fast enough (as a back up in event hotel WiFi failed). Surrounding areas, not too much. But business park and Starbucks and Family Mart in North East 5-12 mins walk from hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very nice. Heaters in each room. Quiet. Windows are think and don't open. Hope this helps others

The location of this backpacker hotel is quite good. It's just up from the exit of Dingxi Station. The environment of the backpacker hotel is also good. The trading hall is quite large, but there are no young tourists staying there? It feels like there are quite a few ********* locals staying here. I don’t know why. Maybe the location of the hotel is not in the center of Taipei. It's also quite comfortable. There is freshly ground coffee and tea bags for drinking in the social hall, and the accommodation fee is deducted from the nearby breakfast with meal coupons
