It was a nice and cozy place. Stayed for a night with friends, wish couldve stayed longer. The room had a nice view of the village. Owner was nice and did offer to put luggage prior to check in.

The place was very clean, and our room had an amazing view. Given that it is one of the most top places in Jiufen the view to the sea was amazing.
Loved the interior that was in the room, but the one downside was that the sound proof of the room wasn’t the best.

Front desk was amazing! very warm welcome, let me drop off my bag early and texted me when the room was ready. Quite bare bones place both the room and bathroom felt small but Jiufen is a small town haha. If you are spending a night or two in Jiufen which you should if you are in Taiwan then this place will fulfill all your needs.

Suitable for backpackers only 👍🏻
But I went to Taiwan for 10 days so I had a suitcase [Not recommended for those with a suitcase]
Because when you see the sign, you still need to walk about 100 steps
You need to climb stairs. There is no elevator in the hotel
Asked if there is help with the luggage, but the person at the counter kept saying to call a taxi😅
It’s useless to call a taxi because the driver can’t park at the door. There is no seat
