There is a night market and a lively local market within walking distance, so it is recommended for people who like to stroll around markets. The area near the entrance to the building and the shared elevator are a bit deep and not very clean, but the rooms are clean for this class and there are no particular problems.

The room was clean and tidy though. However, the location is in a mixed-use building, and the elevator is old and the fire safety is of concern. The atrium on the first floor is dirty and smells bad. There are many machines and homeless people staying here. It is not recommended for women to stay alone!
