This stay was worse than 1 (bad)! ! *The service attitude of the lady at the counter when I checked in at around 7 o'clock in the evening was very poor. The attitude of the gentleman at the counter after the shift was just as bad! *The toilet paper holder in the bathroom of the room was damaged. It was completely abandoned and left on the toilet. It was shocking! There is no shower curtain, so the bathroom is completely wet after washing. There is a problem with the toilet flushing, and it often cannot flush smoothly! *The sound insulation is very poor. The sound of cars outside the building on the 5th floor is constant. People walking upstairs, dragging chairs...all kinds of noises can be clearly heard! *There are too few breakfast options. If you go to eat before 9 o'clock, there is almost nothing to take, and most of the dishes are cold! In summary, the counter service staff have no professional training at all, and the reception method is extremely unpleasant! I have stayed many times around Xindian Bitan. This is the only time I have had such an unpleasant experience. The quality of the hardware and software is not worth the price paid!
