Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.

As expected of Sheraton, the service and equipments are up to expectations. Elegant room design, friendly staff, who are willing to answer any questions with a smile. Sauna is small, but clean and tidy. One downside is the buffet breakfast provided is upsetting. Food is not hot enough, with very limited choices.

I specially brought my children to play, but the game room is very simple and requires a fee. The opening hours of the parent-child fitness center are very short and the space is not big. The hotel hardware is good although it is older, but it is still clean. There are really few service staff. All services are required. It’s really hard to wait and wait for breakfast. Many things are not replenished. The cafe on the first floor is also very hard to eat. It’s hard to believe that the food in this hotel is of this level. I was full of expectations for this hotel. We came to Taiwan from Suzhou to visit relatives and travel. We booked this hotel because we were going to take our children to Taipei Zoo the next day. To be honest, as people who have not stayed in many hotels in Taiwan, we are really not used to it. Disposable items are not provided in the bathroom, and you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The shower gel and shampoo in the shower room are two-in-one, and there is no conditioner. It feels lonely to wash your hair. Bottled water is not provided in the room. There is a kettle in the room, and you need to go to the water dispenser in the hotel corridor to get water. The hotel breakfast is really average. The breakfast of hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai with a price of 1200+ can beat this one. Great experience throughout! It was drizzling when we arrived but the staff still rushed out and helped us with our luggage (really didn’t have to do so) but it shows their commitment to service. They also have a huge comfortable lobby and plenty of notices on shuttle bus timings. One time login wifi was awesome, connection was hassle free and fast. Room was comfortable and spacious. Will recommend to others! Note: Take their shuttle bus to the near MRT station (Nangang), from the hotel it takes about 35min to reach XiMenDing via shuttle+Public Transport (while it’s 25min by car assuming a no-jam scenario)
