New York Hotels with Gym

Since the check-in was the last day of 2023, the price was sky-high. I can only say that except for the attitude of the front desk service, everything else was not good. Don't expect too much when staying in a hotel in the United States, but the expectations for the facilities of this hotel were even lower than expected. There was nothing you wanted. The hot water for the shower was hot and cold. Halfway through the shower, I found that the shower gel bottle was a decoration. I called the front desk to send it, which caused my child to have cold symptoms the next day. Choose carefully.

The reception lady Afonza was great. She offered me a upgrade at a discounted price. She also waived off ny early checking fee. She is wonderful and also called after i settled in to see if everything is ok. View is good! Thanks you for the stay!

We came to the city for the first time in almost 20 years to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had tickets to almost famous and wanted to have a very special weekend together. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and kind and offered us congratulations and gave us an upgrade for free to a king suite from regular king room. It was a beautiful spacious room, well decorated with a comfortable sofa and big screen, TVs, extra towels, and everything one could want. The staff was helpful and accommodating and recommended a great spot for dinner. Breakfast to go was perfect in the morning. Complete with coffee and lots of smiles. We can’t wait to come back again and have recommended it already to friends. We especially love the art deco style that was evident everywhere. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special!! Really great hotel. The service was OUTSTANDING!! They gave great recommendations, recognized us when we walked in every day. Wonderful! We had the one bedroom and it was huge! Too big for what we needed but it was nice. The room is starting to show its age with wear and tear on furniture but I’d still recommend the hotel. Great location to walk to all the top attractions in Manhattan.

Staying at the Martinique New York on Broadway offered a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location provided easy access to Broadway shows and Times Square. The rooms, while compact, were impeccably clean and well-appointed. Service was attentive and professional, ensuring a comfortable stay. The historic charm of the building added a unique touch to our visit. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a blend of convenience and character.

Super small room with great location and comfortable bed in the heart of Financial District Manhattan. The location is superb and very close to subway station (Fulton street) and any other restaurant, mini mart , shops etc. The lady in reception was attentive and effective, also the man in reception when i've checked out in early morning was helpful. The only main downside was the room is relatively super small. i'am a solo traveler with 1 size checked bag and 1 size cabin bag apparently the room already overwhelmed with those luggage. Wondering if i was travelling with partner. The bathroom is clean and modern but the water power in shower was weak.

Biggest disappointments in this hotel was that we paid $1k for ONE NIGHT for a ball drop view room. We could see the ball drop which was great, but we couldn’t see the performances from our window which was fine, we could just watch them on tv right? WRONG! Our tv was BROKEN. It took an hour and a half for them to get it fixed, (replaced) and even once they got the new one in, it took another 15 minutes to program it. We missed viewing half of the performers we wanted to watch. You would expect a $1k a night room to be pristine, but the bathtub looked like it was out of someone’s grandmas house. It was quite stained (you can tell it was the product of years and years of dirt buildup) and the shower barely worked. Overall quite disappointed. It was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in NYC and the most money I’ve ever paid. On the bright side the staff were very nice and the lobby looked expensive, but who cares if this does not translate to the actual room you’re sleeping in.

Early in the morning, there was a smell of smoke blowing into the room. The window was closed. I didn’t know how to get in. I asked the front desk if the smell of oily smoke from the hotel was blowing from the side of the room. The next day I wanted to change the room but said there was no room full. Not recommended

Customer service specially at the reception desk was very poor - they would never say please or Thankyou. If you ask a question it’s too much trouble or work for them. Overall experience was good but customer service is something that you need to take as a grain of salt when you visit /stay here
