The room was nice and the onsite free parking was definitely a perk, the breakfast was pretty good, staff was nice to us and accommodating, definitely helpful. The only drawback was that it was far; in Staten Island and it took pretty long (with traffic) to get to Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens etc.. and when we stayed here the ice machine wasn’t working, but the staff were always helpful in giving us ice in a big cup. Overall we really liked the stay here. There was also a free shuttle from the hotel to the Staten Island ferry terminal that would bring us to Manhattan.

The hotel immediately arranged to clean the rooms that had been checked out. I could check in smoothly before 10 o'clock. The hotel's location is not very convenient to the city center.
