The hotel has a fantastic location, but the rooms are very small and the facilities are quite basic. It's basically on par with a Home Inn in China—well, that's just New York Wall Street for you, where every square inch of land is worth a fortune!

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the Charging Bull and several subway stations. The room was a bit small, but they offer free luggage storage. There's also a fantastic taco place right across the street.

The location and staff were both good, but light leaked through the blackout curtains, and the mattress was too old, causing it to sag!

The room was clean and the location was good. And the front desk is good. They have many food and snacks at the front desk so you can buy it when hungry. I like it here

The location is fantastic! There's a subway station right at the corner, and the Charging Bull is just a 3-minute walk away. Free ferry terminals, Trinity Church, and more are all within a 10-minute walk. The front desk offers free cookies, and the room was very comfortable. The only downside was the high floor, which meant longer waits for the elevator during peak times.

The room was terrifyingly small, I couldn't even stretch my legs. The elevator was ancient and incredibly slow. This is the worst Hilton I've ever stayed in. I strongly do not recommend it.

I appreciated the old-school design of the room, which featured upscale touches like a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf coffee machine and Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. While slippers and oral care products were not provided, it was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I enjoyed the thoughtful touch of the welcome cookie at check-in and the wide selection available at breakfast.

Had a very comfortable stay here! The hotel is in a really convenient location, close to Wall Street and just a short walk to the Whitehall Ferry Terminal, which made getting around very easy.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again!
