The room was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the front desk staff handled check-in. The hotel is grand and spectacular, making the trip totally worthwhile. It feels very safe, and the facilities are excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the service was quite poor. I left something in the hotel fridge and unfortunately, I never got it back. It's a real shame.

I booked this for a guest, and they really enjoyed their stay! They even emailed me to thank me for the reservation. The only downside was the price was a bit high. I hope to get a better rate next time and book again.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, featuring congee, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, salmon, cheese, various yogurts, and even dumplings. Of all the hotels in New York, this one likely caters best to Chinese tastes. I was particularly pleased to be able to enjoy two bowls of congee for breakfast. Plus, the room was very clean.

Great location for travelling to and from JFK with Airtrain connection with LIRR line to Grand Central just down the road. Beautiful hotel rooms as well.

This stay left us with mixed feelings. Our family of four (three adults, one child) had reserved two rooms with 1.6-meter queen-sized beds. However, upon check-in, we were assigned two standard rooms with only 1.3-meter beds. After contacting Ctrip to mediate, the price difference was refunded. The hotel's location is excellent, but the facilities are outdated, and there was an unpleasant odor.
