My room was located on the sixth floor, which was adjacent to the restaurant. As soon as you come out of the elevator, you would smell the sewage and when I went into my room, the smell was even much worse.
I went downstairs told the front desk about the smell. They said they look into it. Nothing was ever done when I Explain the situation in the morning at the checkout they said we have never heard about this. We tried to contact you. They had no records of ever contacting me and I never received any information from them.

Great hotel in excellent location. Very clean, kind and attentive staff, excellent amenities. Highly recommend the PTH, we are return customers and would go back again.

地點方便，但是對面是垃圾車，我被收取兩次押金，但是櫃檯人員堅持第一次是刷錯，銀行會退給我，至今還沒收到銀行退款，服務很普通，一樓服務員與doorman的服務態度不好👎
住了五天四夜，直到我退房了才遇到一位友善的一樓服務人員
有一天晚上下去樓下領uber，樓下的女性doorman坐在沙發上翹著腳看著我們，卻沒有任何要服務的態度，並且用著一種非常無禮且令人不舒服的眼神看著你！
態度很差，大概是不歡迎我們說中文的顧客！
櫃檯人員服務慢，一樓doorman基本上不會幫你開門，甚至你需要幫忙的時候會站在旁邊發呆玩手機，或是坐在沙發上睡覺！
對於一個四星飯店是非常不及格的服務👎👎👎👎👎
唯一好處是飯店旁邊有一家很好喝的bluebottle咖啡

海外旅行の際は水回りの清潔感の心配がありますが、ここはシャワー室がとても綺麗で満足です。
フロアに部屋とは別のトイレが3つ、ウォーターサーバーもあるので便利だと思いました。
初めてのニューヨーク旅行でここを選んで良かったです。
また旅行の際は利用させていただきます。
