Overall, I was satisfied. The location was good because it was close to Times Square by subway and not too far from Soho or Chelsea. However, the hotel deposit was deposited too late. ㅜㅜ Even after my trip was over and I returned home, it still hasn't arrived...

Friendly staff, great location - surrounded by floral shops so every time you leave you walk past/though beautiful plants! close to subway. Room decent size for NYC.
