We were looking to spend a few days at Coney Island. The hotel was one of the closest, but still a 15-20 minute walk away, which is not particularly close. You have to walk by a busy cement yard and numerous auto repair shops to get there. Despite the walk, we were able to visit all the area sites without any problems. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. There were a variety of items for breakfast and the woman worked very hard to keep the food stocked during the morning rush. All in all, we had a good stay and it was worth the price.

The room is not big, but clean and tidy.
You can make your own waffles for breakfast, not many varieties, good value for money.
The free parking lot is a must-have, which is rare in New York.
It is still suitable to spend a night before going to the airport, but the environment for going out is not very good.

Excellent service: fast check-in, attentive staff and daily high-quality full room cleaning. The hotel offers unlimited hot drinks 24/7. The most necessary medicines at a reasonable price. The room is spacious, hygienic, newly renovated. Comfortable bathroom. 3-5 minutes walk to the metro, 10 minutes to the legendary Coney Island. For Europeans, the WIFI speed left much to be desired, but this is a US feature. For NYC the price per room is reasonable. I recommend visiting.
