Best location! 5 min to subway 6, easy going downtown and come back uptown. Walking distance to Central Park and MET, surrounded by good coffee, bars, restaurants and shops! Employees are all super warm and nice! Super good room cleaning with all my stuff hanging everywhere and they can still carefully place and clean!!! Wish I can go back and stay here again! Best decision I made for my NYC trip. 😊

The Voco The Franklin New York was a great choice. The location is awesome, the bed was the highest point (really comfortable) and the staff always helpful and friendly. We hope to come back soon.
