This new hotel was amazing. From the views at the roof to the comfy bed, I 100% recommend this spot. Excellent location and the staff was fantastic.

Even though breakfast was included, I still had to pay an additional fee.
I wish there was an explanation of this beforehand.

I booked a room with a view of the Empire State Building, but I could only see it in a line, which was a bit disappointing.
The room was a bit small, but the decoration was quite fashionable. The air conditioner was too noisy. Fortunately, it was not hot at night, so I just didn't turn it on.

The location of the hotel is not bad. There's a Sichuan restaurant downstairs opposite, and it's also Michelin-starred. The shower in the bathroom didn't work, and the air conditioner was very noisy. I was woken up several times at night.
The two of us stayed. However, the hotel's cleaning was not good. There was one missing bathrobe for the first time I checked in. On the second day, there was only one bath towel. After staying for three days, the toiletries came in small bottles and were never replenished. And I found that whether I tipped five dollars or two dollars, the result was still the same!
