Spa Hotels in New York

The location is nice, close to Times Square. The hotel is clean, as other Hilton hotels. Breakfasts are good too, with very pleasant service. But there are some things that left that bitter feeling after my stay that I would like to share. 1. Destination charge. This is the second Hilton hotel in New York I have stayed at, and both charged additional USD35 for so-called destination fee per night. As the receptionist said, it’s MANDATORY. This 35 dollars are charged per day and the guest must use it the same day, they don’t even accumulate. How do you spend it? In the hotel restaurant or bar. What can you buy with it? Three bottles of drinking water, or two cans of beer…. Why am I forced to spend my money on the things that I don’t need and that are so overpriced? You already charged me for the room, and I happily paid for it. 2. The hotel page here shows a picture of “swimming”. It’s a rooftop swimming pool. I was excited to have a chance to spend some time in the pool. The reception said there was none. Please remove the picture from the page, as it is misleading. 3. There is no tea or coffee in the room. That’s the amenity available in every hotel, even the cheap ones. But when we called the service, they said: no, we don’t offer coffee or tea. But they did bring us a kettle:) I can see that it’s not listed in the available amenities here, but I didn’t even expect that. It’s such a little thing that makes your guest’s stay more comfortable. Anyways, it was quite a pleasant stay despite these unpleasant details. Thank you.

The hotel room, location, and sanitation are all good, so I will choose this place again if I come back in the future. After all, it is a good price-performance hotel, and it is very convenient to travel. The noise depends on everyone's acceptance. I don't think it will affect sleep Of course, you can tell the front desk to choose a higher floor when you check in. There is also a $30 fee mentioned by many people. If it is included in the reservation, then make it clear to the front desk that the fee included in our destination tax can be paid. Spend at the bar and exchange for items such as Central Park ride tickets! The Evian water in the room has never been used, so be sure to check the bill when you check out! My son and I had the most incredible experience! I would recommend the William Vale to all my friends and family. The balcony views at sunset in the summer are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers many thoughtful amenities including a welcome message with your name on the television upon arrival. I honestly only have one small complaint and that was the cleaning service. We called about having the room cleaned and actually spoke with the individual who said she would come back at the time we requested but she never returned. Other than that one little hiccup everything went smoothly from the time we pulled up to valet to unload our luggage. There is NO better hotel to stay in Williamsburg aside from the William Vale.

We stayed here for a 6 night family vacation. Check in was quick and practical. All staff in this hotel were very friendly - extra kudos to the people working the breakfast area! We were upgraded to a bigger family room than we booked, with a queen beds, a separate sitting area with TV and a separate kitchen - on the 12th floor. Very spacious accommodation. Everything was clean, although you can see these rooms get used a lot. Plenty of power outlets to charge your devices, decent WiFi. The only thing we missed is more facilities to dry your towels, we had to hang them all over the apartment to dry. Breakfast was a bit basic with a lot of prepackaged stuff and no bacon for the entire week we were staying there (not that we really missed it, but it's strange nonetheless). I also wonder who ever eats scrambled egg whites? But that might be us :-) Excellent location in lower Manhattan with metro and plenty of shops close by. The entrance of the hotel is in Maiden Ln, not on Broadway however. Walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, WallStreet, Battery Park, 9-11 memorial.

This is my permanent hotel in New York. The decoration is retro and the location is great. The price in the off-season is really perfect, only over a thousand RMB. Of course, on special holidays, I can stay at four to five thousand RMB and I will be given a 20 dollar voucher to order drinks at the bar. Hahahahaha, the toiletries are all byredo’s baldafrique👍

I really like the Sheraton Hotel, this place is really very satisfying, highly recommend for a relaxing holiday, the service is quite good and friendly and very clean, and complete equipment will not disappoint

The room is small but very clean. It is a very old hotel built in 1902. It can be said that it has a sense of age. The service is not bad, but the prepaid 50 dollars has not been refunded so far. Linyu University is very close, there is no refrigerator in the room

The corner two-bedroom room has a nice view, and it is very comfortable for a family of four. It's not far from the subway when you go out, and the transportation is convenient. The doorman downstairs is very active in carrying luggage.

This hotel is the best in New York. We stayed for three night here. The staff were warm, very approachable and helpful. Our room was perfectly prepared, nicely decorated and very clean. The hotel location makes it easy to explore New York City.

If you're planning on moving to Brooklyn, the location is great. The market is nearby, the famous Dumbo is right next to it, and the view is great. However, the area under the bed was not clean and there was too much dust. The facilities were nice with the latest + natural concept. There was construction going on next to the hotel, but it wasn't noisy and it's a hotel I want to visit again.
