Spacious 4BR / Arcade & Games / LuxCafe / 2 King Beds / 30min to NYC

This property was disappointing. The space was not prepped for our arrival - super hot. Feedback about this from the owner was apologetic but empty. They basically said it would get better - which it did. But by that time two people in our party had decided to stay elsewhere.The property borders a waste mgt facility and garbage trucks greeted us on the street upon our arrival and throughout our stay. It smelled and was disruptive noisy… plus we spotted two rats on our returns from trips into the city.The shared space was extremely cramped and inhospitable. No dishwasher, weird coffee maker with the water reservoir on the filter arm? And no communication included in prep info to describe this.Would avoid this property and not recommend.

Very convenient Perfect place for my family of six.Convenient 25 minute walk to Penn station or easily Uber over.Has basic amenities as well as hairdryers in both bathrooms.The place was clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. We stayed over Christmas and New Year’s, so the neighbors did get a bit loud with celebrating, but we’re responsible enough to quiet down at a reasonable time.The beds are very comfortable and the two bathrooms were nice and clean.Will recommend this location to others.
