"Location :across the street from the new jersey performing arts center.. Walking distance like 5 mins to lots of food like pizza... burger king... chicken.. African.. Starbucks.. Dunkin donuts.. Shopping rainbows.. Like 6 other clothing places.. 3 hair stores... About 3 nail waxing n lashes places.. New Jersey Museum 15 min walk... 7 eleven.. Military park 1.min walk.. Prudential center 15 min walk.. Newark Penn Station 15 min walk also Amtrak is inside there.. Great location 15 car ride to new jersey garden mall
Shuttle free:on the hour at the airport take the airtrain to P4 then go down stairs there's phones for robert treat n Tryp call and they will. Let you know when it's comin..
Rooms: the first queen room they gave me smelled like smoke I had to wait an hour for a new room...
Customer service :very helpful

"The hotel is in a very good location. It is very beautiful from the inside and the rooms are quite big enough. We booked a King Room and it was spacious and very good.
Overall we loved it. But make sure you carry some food as there is no breakfast and the restaurant also closes soon"

Amazing
XXingyanliThis was the best travel experience of all my trips. When I arrived at night, it was too dark to find the house number, but the host came within ten minutes and checked the lock for me. The room was clean and the surroundings were great. When I wanted to extend my stay, the host said he had no other place to stay, but he kindly helped me find someone else's B&B! He even drove me to the supermarket in his car! What a thoughtful person!

GGuest Useroverall the hotel was not bad it smelled amazing as soon as you walked in…the room was beautiful only thing i didn’t like was this big white thing inside the room which was kind of weird.Bathroom was beautiful but my toilet seat was really loose.There was a centipede in my room that totally freaked me out…a couple hairs in my bed and in the shower.Breakfast says it starts at 6:30am i went up to the 9th floor exactly at 6:30am and the lady who made the breakfast said it didn’t start till 7am.So i waited came back and ate and the food was horrible literally the sausage was dry and the potatoes were not fully cooked.I give this hotel a 3.8 review just minor changes that’ll make it a full 5 star.The picture i attached is of the centipede that freaked me out.

SShahGood points are that it is convenient to get to the airport via the freeholder shuttle bus. And the staff show excellent customer service skills. Rooms are big. Nice gym.
Bad points are the rooms are shabby, adjoining doors means you can hear your neighbours, bathroom and rooms have seen better days.

GGuest UserOverall, its just a 3 star hotel . do not expect global Hilton standards in anything. The Best part is its location, very easy to commute to NYC by Path, NJ transit in 20 minutes.

JJay TripClose to Airport, much more reliable than stay in NYC and rush over through the horrible traffic to catch a flight.
huge room with duo queen beds. The towels are old and look dirty.
Sound-proof is not good, I can hear upstairs moving furniture and shower, etc, and can hear frequent train horn because this hotel is quite close to the train station.

BBhatiaStayed here after a late night flight into EWR. The hotel had a free shuttle that picked us from the airport. The staff was very welcoming despite our late check in and short stay. Rooms were clean and comfy!
