Friendly welcome & quick check in, staff gave me great information about the restaurant having vegan options & how I was entitled to a free drink. Very clean & comfortable room. The public space was a nice mixed use space.

Not a fan of this hotel, seats in lounge area not comfortable, slow service, felt more like a Mac Donald’s than a hotel. Rooms very small and cold , shower not the best either poor pressure. Power went out for 4 hours so no water in rooms or toilets . Other hotels were back on hours before this hotel,

It’s literally next to the airport hotel bus station, and a few minute walk to airport, the room is okay but check in process is a bit slow.

Contrary to previous postings the breakfast buffet was extensive and well presented. We were also upgraded to a kingsize bedroom. Staff are pleasant and friendly and the hotel is nestled amongst an upmarket residential neighbourhood. Would undoubtedly recommend.

Great location, Airlink 100 stop is near the hotel so easy to head to city centre and around. Comfy beds and clean toilets with hot water available. Would have been appreciated if hotel also supplied Toiletries (toothbrush and paste) Also there is no supermarket close by, if you do not have a car.
