Studio apt. on lower floor of my home with separate entrance. Not easily accessible for guests with walking related disabilities. Picture included is of cement steps not path. Ten minutes from downtown Newburyport. A beautiful gem. Clean, quiet and surrounded by nature. A small walk to the beach. At the end of the beach there is a captain's fishing rental for deep sea fishing and or seeing the river.Will definitely stay there again.Tony and Terry

Perfect room and close to the beach
Our go to place for vacation on Plum Island. A short walk to the beach and also a quick drive over the bridge into Newburyport center. Highly recommended.

In the morning, the light comes in softly. One of the few properties with trees and seclusion.

It was a really nice and quiet stay. Lots of spiders to keep you company but lots of greenery in the backyard as well.
