We are just back from a weekend stay and had a fantastic time. Kevin and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They all knew our pet dog by name and he enjoyed all the attention..lol… The room was very clean and had all the facilities you would need…they supplied a dog bed and bowl for Ace which was very nice of them… The shower was powerful which I loved… No problems with WI-FI. A free continental breakfast is also a wee bonus and was quite suffice to get you started in the morning.. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you had a pet and were looking for a holiday with your pet..And we will definitely be going back at some point..

Excellent hotel at the top of the town convenient to all amenities. Kevin and his staff are exceptional hosts and ensure you have a great stay. Continental breakfast was a bonus as it set us up for the day. Keep up the good work. I know you have put a lot of work into the hotel after your reopening See you soon.

My son and I had a brilliant stay at the donard. Room was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfy. Continental breakfast was great. Plenty of variety. Great location as you are close to shops, beach, bus station and restaurants. Every member of staff we encountered were fantastic. Already booked our next trip!

My partner and my self stayed on Saturday night one night, Kevin who checked us in was very welcoming he went above and beyond, the rooms very comfortable and clean will definitely be back, also the key collection man next morning done a great job 😃

We have just returned from a three night stay in the hotel. All the staff are friendly and very professional. Our room was spotless with tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was just continental, but had a good variety of food. Hotel is close to shops, cafes and beach. This is our second visit to this hotel, and will be back sometime in the future.

Spent a night with friends in a triple room which had everything you needed including tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom just needs a bit of tlc. But what makes this hotel special are the staff.. Absolutely outstanding customer service delivered with a courteous smile.. An asset to the hotel. Music in the bar on Sunday night was brilliant. Also hotel in a great location.

5* service in a 3* hotel couldn’t ask for better mum dad myself and my wife could not have asked for better from a3* hotel just finding its feet again for myself a disabled man in a chair the rooms were very spacious great hotel and staff could not do enough for you

Returned to this hotel and was happy to find that it had been renovated since my last visit. The staff were super friendly and there was a good range of pastries and cereal for breakfast each morning. Thick pillows and duvet ensured I got a good night's sleep
