"this pub/hotel is situated in a beautiful spot near Delph; there are easy to reach walks amidst the beautiful surrounding hills. Oldham is close and a bus stop is just few minutes away from the hotel. There is a light breakfast at no extra cost included in the room price.

"Budget hotel. What you see is what your get. The room looked pretty nice in fairness.
Reception has vending machines and there’s access to several shops across the road.
Place might look a little dated like outside the rooms and in the bathroom.
I had trouble getting hot water. Seems to be a pressure issue on that particular side of the hotel. HOWEVER, the staff member on that day went above and beyond in fixing the issue. I really appreciated that.
I would stay here again for that price."
