My husband and I had a wonderful winter getaway during a cold stretch. We even got upgraded to a King Suite and $100 worth of vouchers. The suite was immaculate and we loved the décor. I might suggest adding a couple of hooks in the bathroom but it was overall awesome. I loved all the unscented products - what a nice touch. We look forward to going again in warmer weather and maybe staying 2 nights.

Just finished the New Years, “Clock Strikes Midnight” event. Paid $86.53 per person for 10:30pm-1am. Promised welcome drink and midnight drink (champagne). Received 1/2 a flute champagne upon welcome (about 2 1/2 ounces). Wine during evening was $16+ tip for 3 oz, so very pricy by any standard. Promised midnight champagne as part of ticket booking, staff told us that it was not included. Just after midnight, a fight broke out with glass thrown on floor, with no security in room, but one security person did appear soon after the fight started. Should have had security in room for future reference/improvement. No food for sale or offered as well. DJ was average. Without major improvement, and getting some actual value for spend, would not recommend at this time (1, maybe 2 drinks plus DJ for $86.53/person to attend a New Year’s party as summary).

My wife and I have a very enjoyable stay on Dec 25th The room was fresh and clean. The staff were very welcoming and the brunch the next morning was excellent. Located in “old Newmarket” which was very charming. Free parking was located a block away. With family living in Newmarket we plan to return to the Postmark often!

I ate at the restaurant in the lobby. The staff were absolutely incredible but the food and drinks were over priced and not worth the money. The salad that accompanied my burger was literally mixed lettuce in a bowl with dressing. Not cool at $26. I get that they are trying to present as high end but there must be some quality to the food. Stay at the hotel but save your money and eat at superior restaurants nearby!

4 of us had a delicious dinner at The Lobby restaurant. Food, drinks & service were great! 2 of us had the smash burger which was excellent and awesome fries. One had the gnocchi & other had mushroom salad. Very good. Great atmosphere! Check out the Rooftop when you're there. Instantly transports you out of Newmarket (not that there's anything wrong with Newmarket!) What a fabulous spot! I wish the menu had more options for our taste (some casual options) but it was packed on a Thursday night (& it's not a small spot) so I think they're doing OK lol.

What a great experience! The service was fantastic, and the rooms are so modern and chic. Great place for photos or to relax, all the amenities went beyond my expectations. The location is also super prime being in the heart of Newmarket. The bed is to die for! So comfortable. The location was also perfect, there's even a cool wine bar next door. Thanks for a great stay!

This new hotel is outstanding. The design is classy, sharp and functional. The building is fully secure with access through front desk in the evening. Halls to rooms are only accessible by patron card holders. The rooms have high ceilings and are well laid out. Bathroom has a huge glass front shower and sink has area to place items. Large tiltable mirror is fantastic for the taller people like me. Loved staying here. It's the place to go in beautiful downtown Newmarket.
