This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. I drove 16 hours for friends and family day at CNU. The owner charged me $1 deposit for a key card. Booking gave me a room upgrade. I was told at check-in there is no room upgrade and all of the rooms are the same. I asked for towels because I only had one set for two days. I was told housekeeping has left and he does not have towels even though he is the owner. I didn't have tissue and asked for tissue and was told to wait until the morning. The sheets had cigarette burns, the carpet was filthy and the bathtub was dirty. The towels were dingy. Also the water wasn't warm for a shower.

This hotel is BEYOND FILTH the carpet literally makes you feet black as midnight sheets do not fit the bed and it is in need of a deep cleaning properly fitting sheets and rip up the carpet which by the way is damp throughout. Black mold on the wall and do not do it this isn’t for for humans! People hanging out like they are having a tail gate. Upstairs neighbors are loud and have no home training. Owners refuse refunds and just no if you paid more than $35 you could’ve sleep in the car
