The environment is very good, very safe, the room is clean, the air conditioner is easy to use, the shower has plenty of hot water, you can't brush your teeth, you have to use bottled water. Four bottles for two people in a room, not enough, 75pwb/bottle, hotel price.
The water pressure of the sink is too high, be careful to splash everywhere when you open it.

Aircon had to get fixed, aircon filters dirty. Shower has mould. There is no shower screen so the water goes everywhere. Dinner in the restaurant was awful - after waiting almost 1.5 hours to receive it. Also the drain hole is very deep making it difficult to stand.

The staff knows how to handle customers so well. From the driver who picked us from airport, to reception, to rooms, food and conference centre everything was well arranged, and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I had a good experience in my stay with Cresta Maun. Their service is of high standard, good clean rooms, great food and the staff is friendly and always willing to help make my stay as comfortable as they can possible can. I wouldn't mind recommending and revisiting the place.

All was great, food is delicious & staff is friendly but housekeeping is where i got a shock! My bed was not properly made, sheets not changed or straightened out, they just pulled the cover! The bar/restaurant staff was great. Some residents started making lots of noise in the early morning, 5am of Friday making it hard to sleep.

Internet service and coverage is great, very courteous staff and the food varieties was great. I ate crocodile one of the days. The water from the tap though clean was salty
