The balcony area is very dirty..the lobby area is very dark. The elevator had errors several times so we had to take the stairs. The bathroom smells.

Tempatnya enak bersih. Tapi sayang utk remote AC ada di resepsionis. Sehingga kalau mau besar/kecilin suhu ac harus telpon resepsionis

Comfortable hotel, strategic location close to Ketos. During breakfast the view is very nice, namely the mountains. We are very satisfied staying there.
