The hotel is good but the owner of the hotel is very rude. We were supposed to have bridal showers for my sister-in-law. Paid the deposit then went to do our decor, we had talked to the receptionist on the phone prior, agreed with them on everything.The day we were supposed to do our decor the owner said we had paid very little money, we were disturbing her when she was having lunch with her friends. She talked to us very rudely. We left without the deposit to go and look for a different place. my brother had paid for the deposit and went to collect the money they requested we go the next day it was the wedding day and we couldn't go for the deposit on that day. The groom went for a honeymoon for the next day. A week later we went to collect the deposit and the owner said we should collect the money the next day at 1:00pm. Almost two weeks later and we still don't have our deposit.

The rooms are not well kept. We only had one towel and we were a couple. No tissues, no soap. Waiters attitudes were pathetic especially Emma. Took 1 hour to get an omelette for breakfast and when I asked she was very rude. Would never recommend this place.

It's very unfortunate, rooms with no water, no tissue paper, no slippers,.... Even after informing the team that is involved no response is made. Beautiful place but very poor management. Customer service ( accomodations) very poor. Can't understand.

The place is cool and affordable to all.Hmmm, they have nice foods and drinks and all kind of refreshments. Also the workers are welcoming and well trainned.they got spacious rooms ,well ventilated and well arranged.
